About ShiftCrew

I spent 15 years in LA restaurants — started as a dishwasher in Koreatown, worked my way up to server, bartender, manager. Every role, every shift, every side of the industry.

I eventually taught myself to code and moved into tech. But I never stopped caring about the people still in the game. The ones showing up early, staying late, and never knowing if the next job is going to be better or worse than the last.
