By accessing and using ShiftCrew ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

5. Platform Role

ShiftCrew is a platform for user-generated content. We do not author, edit, endorse, or verify user reviews, ratings, or other content posted by users. ShiftCrew is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted content. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, ShiftCrew is not liable for content created by its users.

6. Content Disputes

If you believe content on ShiftCrew violates these Terms, is defamatory, or infringes your rights, contact us at joinshiftcrew@gmail.com with the specific content, the basis for your claim, and your contact information. We will review disputes in good faith but are not obligated to remove content that reflects a user's honest opinion or experience.

7. Disclaimers

ShiftCrew provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of job listings
• The accuracy of pay information or reviews
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The quality or safety of any restaurant or job opportunity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShiftCrew and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or any content you post, including any claims of defamation brought by third parties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service.
